2024 District 3 Fall Workshop

• For the first time, Daytona International Speedway, home American racing, is opening its doors to FSPA. Daytona Speedway is home to the Daytona 500, Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona (as featured in Ford vs. Ferrari), and the Welcome to Rockville concert series. 
  

• We’ve secured 100 spots on a special media tour of the facility, track, museum, and grounds.
  
• We are limiting schools to 2 student sign ups and 1 chaperone to start with to gauge interest. If you have extra students who want to go, please state the full number of the students you'd like to waitlist on the registration form. Email langevbs@myscps.us with any questions.
•  The guided tour will take you and your students on a tram ride around the facility and track with specific moments to hop off and take pictures around the site. 
• We’ll be doing a special no-cost photography contest just for attendees that will have some Daytona swag for prizes. Details will be announced closer to the date.
• It’s also only a half mile drive from Daytona State College! Our tour will begin at the Daytona Speedway Museum at  2:45 and last about an hour and end with some time to explore the museum.
• This optional experience will cost an additional $15 per student and $25 per chaperone (every student must have a chaperone). At this time, each school will be limited to registering two students and one chaperone. We will also open a waiting list, so if more space becomes available, you will hear from us within two weeks of the workshop. Transportation from Daytona State College to the speedway is not included.
  
  

• You must be a current member with no outstanding invoices in order to register for the workshop.

• Please fill out a separate registration form for each attending media program.
• Deadline to register is October 22.

• After October 22, 2024, all registrations are final. There will be no refunds, either in part or full, after this date, regardless of circumstances. By registering, you agree to the cancelation policy and understand your program is responsible for the whole invoice once registration closes.
