FSPA Yearbook Evaluations — 2026 Application Information
FSPA conducts yearbook evaluations each summer to help programs grow and improve. Please complete your application and digital submission by June 1, 2026.
Important: We are Now 100% Digital
In an effort to streamline the process and provide faster feedback, FSPA has moved to a fully digital evaluation format. * No physical books will be accepted. * Please do not ship your yearbook to Miami, Gainesville, or Lutz. Physical books sent to these addresses will not be evaluated and cannot be returned.
Submission Requirements

Digital Access: You must provide a link to a digital version of your yearbook. The link must be open to the public (no passwords or logins required) so that our judges can access it easily. If you need assistance obtaining a digital version, please reach out directly to your publisher.

Introduction to the Judges: You are highly encouraged to include a statement explaining your theme, special circumstances, or specific areas where you’d like detailed feedback. This can be submitted as:
Deadlines & Feedback

Deadline: June 1, 2026. Please do not wait until the last moment to submit to avoid technical issues.

Rankings: Publications will receive detailed feedback with rankings of All-Florida, Gold, Silver, or Bronze.

Awards: Books will also be eligible for Sunshine Standout Awards, announced each April at the state convention.
Membership & Payment

Membership Requirement: Your program must be a current FSPA member (September 1 – August 31) to submit.

Payment Instructions: Once registration is complete, an invoice will be generated automatically. Payment should be made online or mailed to the Archer address listed on the invoice.

REMINDER: Only payment gets mailed. Do not mail books.
